Solved! Lenovo y520 gpu temp 95

Hello,

I have a lenovo y520 core i7 GTX 1050 4gb I got a problem that when i start any game for ex ac odyssey or just cause 4 +after burner. It gives me 71 c in first sec then 85 c and goes up to 93 and 95 with major fps drop due to thermal throttling i think This is when extreme cooling is on. I bought this lap a year ago it was good at the beginning but i didnt notice the temp but there was a fps drop due to throttling for more than 6 months for now. What should i do. I didnt open it. I tried to clean the fans with blower but no effect

If it's out of warranty, open it, clean it out carefully, remove the heatsink(s), clean that and the top of the cips and apply new thermal paste. Noctua NH is good quality paste for the price, don't need to go any higher end than that.
