Question Lenovo y520 wont turn on

Hello As i said in the title I was cleaning my laptop and then he wont turn on i have a mosfet damaged with that reference tt 3p24 I searched on the websites and never get this reference If u have this problem or i can use other mosfet with the same datasheet it would help me And thanks
