Hi, could really do with some help.
I've had my Lenovo Yoga 3 for about 9 months, and in late june the sound suddenly stopped working. I contacted Lenovo, and had to send it in for a repair for 2 weeks. Today, just over a month after getting it back, the sound suddenly cut out AGAIN! I tried restarting it, and the sound didn't come back. The device then turned off a few seconds later and I can't turn it on at all. It won't even charge. The battery is not removable and it's too late in the night to contact Lenovo.
Someone help please, I've tried holding the power button for 10 seconds, as well as the 30 second restart method, neither of which worked.
