Lenovo yogap500 not charging

My lenovo yogap500 also plugged in says chrging but not increasing battery percentage. Can someone help. Its a fixed nonremovable battery.i dont know what to do.

if the battery is not charging it is either the battery or the charging controller.
the unit will be power cord bound when the battery dies.
if you can access another yoga power cord you would verify that it is not jut the cable
