Question Levono N22 convert to Windows

I tried to convert a levono N22 with 4 RB RAM and 16 RB eMMc to Windows 10. I used Rufus to create a loader with Tiny 10 and Win 10 Lite as both said to be occupied less the 16 RB space but both failed with the msg saying 'not enough free space'. What gives? can someone help me?
