LG Audio Hookup

Just got a new LG 43LF5400 TV. Hooked it up to my Bose 3-2-1 system. Movies played on Bose system sound like they should. When I watch something on my ROKU the sound only comes from TV speakers. I do not have cable TV. How do I make this work like it should?

What 3-2-1 system, there is many series of them? Odd's are those it probably has an optical input and the TV probably has some kind of optical out, so you would use that.

EDIT: The TV doesn't have optical out, so that means depending on the Roku model, it might have optical out.

if your Roku only has HDMI out then you could use an HDMI audio extractor to connect to your Bose. Since the TV lacks audio out I would suggest an external HDMI switch with audio out that would give you sound for all external sources.
