Tried everything BUT a factory reset. When I attempt to turn on the WiFi, it IMMEDIATELY SLIDES BACK TO the “OFF” position- ALL BY ITSELF. In regular operation mode, in safe mode, nothing has helped yet. The carrier’s only suggestion (when I went to the store)? Buy a new phone (it is only 10 months old). I then went through all of the nonsense that Customer Service told me to do (network reset, re-established all the connections manually, EVRYTHING). Nothing has worked and nothing has helped. It gives me NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS. Do I take a [language] hatchet to it, or WHAT?!?
