The screen is so dark can't even barely see a picture unless you're in the dark or using a flashlight. What do you suggest?

When you say that the screen is dark, does this means that you cannot see anything at all? Does it have a sound when you are watching? If it does, probably there's a defect on display and you need to contact the manufacturer for the repair.
