It doesn't matter: a well-known patent troll will come up with something similar in a few months and will sue everybody, claiming they were the first to do that.

Still won't ever buy a TV with built in hardware. Just a bad idea. I'm sure if Apple does it though that its mindless will line up to purchase it.
