Ow, and don't forget the audio encryption over HDMI can be bypassed.
Preferrably you will want to record bluerays straight to a computer as a direct 1:1 video stream on the fly!
Then later reconvert it to achieve smaller size.

Seems like a nice way to rip bluerays to non encrypted video files!
