LG Soundbar to vizio tv

I have a 28 inch vizio tv and it does not have an optical port for my Soundbar is there something I can use to connect the two?

If the TV has a coax digital out then convert it to optical out.

If the TV has a headphone out and the soundbar aux in use that. If the soundbar doesn't have an aux input then you can convert the headphone out to optical

If the TV has no audio outputs then you have to connect your external sources to the soundbar directly.
