32lg7000 lcd1080p has loads of white and black flicking dots whilst watching TV is tv on it last legs ? was ok yesterday

While watching TV? So other inputs are OK? Or is the image issue on all the time? If yes, then yes, you should replace it. Not worth repairing a 32" TV when a new or used working one would be cheap.

It just seem when close to TV ,,laying in bed seems fine watching it,, if you go on to menu the pic is clear
