light bulb limiter circuit enquiry

Im trying to build a light bulb limiter circuit and my amplifier is 400watts rated. What bulb should i use? more than 400watts or 100watts bulb is fine? Reason im building this circuit is to protect the newly fitted components in my amplifier to prevent them from burning again. So i want to use this circuit to test it first. Any help will be highly appreciated.
