I found this Lenovo z51 for $700, will it run games like skyrim, cs:go, rust, payday2 on med-high graphics with a solid 60 fps?

For the price that is an OK system, for games you need to check the specific games. Skyrim should run on Medium on it, CS:GO is a older game and will run on High easily. Rest I am not familiar with but easy to find benchmarks. The R9 M375 is about the same as the nVidia 950m chip so roughly the benchmarks for the 950m could be applied to the R9 M375 although some games may run better one or the other by a bit.
