Light weight but powerful laptop for virtualization

Hi i am looking for a laptop under 3 pounds, has an ssd at least 256gb, i7 7th gen but 6th gen is also good, at least 8gb of ram but i would rather have 16 of course. must have a nic capable of packet injection and at least 2 usb 3.0 ports. Im looking to use it for virtualization.
