Lines and dots have been apearing on my acer e5

Ive been seeing lines on my laptop whenever i go into most games on my laptop. I need some help on how this could be fixed.

That usually means either;
A. GPU is going bad
B. The monitor went bad

I would try to connect laptop to the external monitor if possible, if not i would send it for repair if its still under warranty.

How old is the laptop?
When did it start to happen the "lines" issue?

Like 8 months ago. I just kinda gave up on my laptop after that but i pulled it out today

Usually temperature can do that but the GPU and CPU should throttle when the temps go over.
Download HWInfo64 and post screenshot of it with temperatures.

Ok ill do that... but the fan on my laptop is realy trash . If my laptop is not level then the fan makes a noise. Is this a big issue

Soo you're saying that fans are making similar noise to rattling? Like they are hitting something?
But if the laptop is used and release date is over 3-4 years ago I suggest you to take it to repair shop to replace thermal paste atleast and see if that fixes it, or do the both fans and thermal paste.
