Live.co.uk password recovery

Hi guys, I've recently had to use my email address for some school work. However, I cant access my Live.co.uk email account because I've forgot the password. When clicking "forgot my password" the only option for recovery is to send a password to my recovery email. The problem is, I can't login to my recovery email (Yahoo account) because they have de-activated it as it has not been used for 12 months. Is there any way I can access my Live.co.uk email account?

I'm really stressed about this situation, any help would be great.
