Live web stream Camcorder?

I am looking for a cheap setup to broadcast a sporting event. My computer has USB 2.0 and 3.0 ports. I am not looking to spend a ton of money as I am only doing this 2 weekends a year. I know I can stream using a webcam but I need to be able to zoom and follow the action. Any suggestions on cheap camcorders and any other hookups I would need?

How cheap is cheap for a camcorder or camera?

$100 or less.

Hopefully someone with more live streaming experience that I will respond. I searched but could not find one for $100 or less that would be suitable for live streaming. I'm not saying one does not exist but only that the camcorders I could find would need additional equipment such as video capture card or encoder. The last time I live streamed anything was with an old firewire camcorder. The event was streamed using UStream, a firewire camcorder and a laptop with a firewire port. Sorry that I couldn't be more helpful.
