Loading updates on toshiba C855

After updating on restart my laptop has been on blue screen saying "installing update 1 of 1 do not turn off computer for over 12 hours.
HELP!!!!!!

Hi,

Just do a hard reset, unplug the AC adapter then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds. Power it back on an run Windows Update after its loaded back on to the desktop. Make sure to connect the laptop first hard wired if possible so there won't be any interruption with the download of the updates.
