Hey everyone, so in the middle of English class I decided it'd be great to change my lock pattern to some random pattern I forgot instantly. Now, normally I'd not be worried, 'cause I can just log in with GMail, but BOTH my accounts go unrecognized. See, I noticed the terrible battery life on this thing, so I turned off 4G and WiFi, so I don't think it can ping Google for login credentials. So, I tried to do a factory reset, but that didn't work because I can only restart the phone, not shut it off, so I can't get into the bootloader. Since it's locked, HTC Sync manager can't get through to reset it that way, so I am STUMPED. Thanks for any help.

You'll have to take it to one of your carriers stores for assistance. Be prepared to give them all your account information, and bring anything you have like receipts or the box for the phone - to prove you are the owner.

We don't offer assistance with any kind of device unlocking here. Sorry.
