Login prompts problem

Having a problem login to my account there is no option to type u jst see my background picture so i dont know what to do.other problem i have is my product key my first 2 numbers or letters i cant make them out is there a way a person can get it(retrieve)

Start at the beginning, did the system work OK before? Did anything happen before the issue started? If Windows is not loading fully to get you to your logon, try starting the system in Safe Mode.

If you can't read the Windows product key, once you can load Windows you can get the key from running Speccy, it will be listed in the system info. The laptop vendor may have your code in their system based on your serial number if they happen to track that.
