Logitech Game Software Issue

I recently purchased a Logitech G910 RGB Gaming Keyboard. I went on Logitech's website to download the software, and I tried both 64bit and 32 bit, but neither of them would download. At first it displayed 8 hours for a 92.8mb file, and then it stopped displaying how long it would take to download, and then stopped. It has been downloading for the past half an hour now, and it is only at 2.1mbs. Any solutions? All help is appreciated in advance, thank you.

Hi,

Are you connected wired or wireless with your internet? If you're connected wireless I would suggest connecting it first hard wire so it wouldn't take that long to download. If you have another PC that is connected wired thru your internet you can download that software from there and just save it into a USB drive and transfer it to your own PC and install it. You may also try contacting your ISP to make sure that everything is working properly and you're getting the speed of internet you paid for.
