Logitech H600 Headset - Mic Working But No Sound in Headphones

I have a Logitech H600 Headset and the microphone is working but no sound is coming out of the headphones.

I set the headset as the default Playback device and sound comes through it:

All my settings seem to be right but I just can't hear sound through my headset. I head beeps when I mute / unmute microphone. I see volume fall and rise in playback devices when sound is played. I hear beeps / sound notifications in headphones when raising volume using the buttons on the headset but for the life of me I can't get sound to play though the headset.

Someone please help me

I have 4 USB jacks on my laptop.

2 USB 2.0
2 USB 3.0

The 2 USB 2.0 do not work.

I have an SK-UH004 Shark USB 3.0 Hub plugged in to one of the working USB 3.0 jacks.

The wireless receiver for the Logitech H600 Headset is plugged into the Shark USB 3.0 Hub.

The microphone works but the headphones don't work.

I hear hardware beeps in the headphones when adjusting the volume or muting the mic using the buttons on the headset but there are no Windows Sounds played when doing such things. I'm at a loss here. Is it possible the headphone part of the headset only works if plugged into a USB 2.0 jack and it's not working because I'm plugging into a USB 3.0 jack?
