Hey all,

I had recently purchased the Logitech Z623 after my old speakers (logitech z506) had stopped working properly as the main speaker just weren't creating the audio that it used to. After testing the new one it was creating the same problem I had with my old pair.

I attempted plugging the 3.5mm cable into my mac and all speakers were working just fine. Anyone have any ideas.

I believe it could be the motherboard playing up i have the Asrock B75M-DGS R2.0. Would me buying a new sound card be the fix to this problem.

Any help is appreciated. :)

Ok i have fixed the issue, the 3.5mm cable was the issue, when it was plugged completely into the subwoofer it would only use the left speaker, when not plugged in all the way it would only use the right speaker, so i went and used the middle and that worked completely fine. Hope this helps any other users that need help with this problem.
