Looking at two cameras need help

there is two cameras i am looking at if anyone can tell me if they are good or bad please do. The first is fuifilm fine pix s 1800. and the second one is GE power pro x5. I dont have much money these both are under 200. dollars

Fuji is known for some seriously good cameras -- I would check reviews to see if this is one of them. From a quick look my impression is that it's no better or worse than you'd expect for the money -- the only repeated complaint was the lens cap fell off.

A search on the GE immediately took me to You Tube footage of a shopping channel demo. Which confirmed my impression that the brand really has little heritage in photography.
