Looking for a decent laptop for sims 4

Hey guys I was wondering if anyone could recommend me a decent laptop that will run the sims 4 and expansions at ultra or high settings. (Without killing the laptop of course)

I know it might be a real stretch but i was looking for something on the cheaper side as I unfortunately don't have boundless amounts of money to be spending on a laptop. I have no idea about how graphics card and all that work so I am a little lost.
