Looking for a good budget laptop

I'm going to buy a laptop for casual stuff and I mostly play games im personally thinking about hp but Lenovo is good too and I want your opinion and soon guys asap!! And I want to tell you the games I play assassin's creed 1,2,brotherhood,revelations, 3,4, and up comings. Batman arkham series, cod black ops 2 ghost and my budget is US$700 and its not a problem for me playing on medium settings and I wanna ask is dedicated 2gb graphic cards and is NVIDIA graphic cards are good for gaming? Asap plss !! Guys!!

I would go for the asus X550LB-DS71. It looks like it has everything you need. 2gb graphics and an i7. I know its a bit out of budget, but you get what you pay for. It should handle everything you want to do on it.
