Looking for a good laptop for school and gaming

I am looking for a good laptop that I can use for school work, but also do a lot of casual gaming such as League of Legends, World of Warcraft, Skyrim (basically all the Elder Scrolls games), etc... I need it to be at least and no bigger than 15.9 inches, have a decent battery life (5+ hours), 8-12 gbs of RAM, 1TB or or more HD space, and between $800-$1000.

Check out this wirecutter article about gaming laptops. It has a few suggestions and a few caveats as well (the main thing being that gaming laptops don't cost less than $1000). It's a good read.

Well I'm not looking for a top of the line gaming laptop for fps and what not. That's why I own a PS4. I just need a laptop that good for school, and MMOs (LoL, WoW, TF2,)

Try this one.

Your not going to find a gaming machine that can do 5+ hours. Gaming with power without power = bad battery life. Anything with 5 + hours won't have the power to play those games well.
