Looking for a good quality camera

Hiya, I'm thinking about getting a new camera for filming videos and other bits as my fujifilm and iPad simply can't cut it anymore. I'd like it to be cheap (£60 tops) yet good quality (nice sound and decent quality 720p.) Is this possible for that price? A simple point and shoot camera will do and I don't mind if it's second hand.

Any recommendations?

Thanks in advance,
Robert

nothing for around £60 will even begin to compete with an iPhone camera.

must you mustn't wait try a Besteker Portable 1080P 24MP 16X Digital Zoom DV
here is the US link: https://www.amazon.com/Besteker-Portable-Digital-Degree-Rotation/dp/B01LWPSB57/ref=sr_1_4?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1495508235&sr=1-4&keywords=cheap+video+cameras

I dont have anything but the us link but it is about £39.95

would guess that the audio is garbage though.

if you dont have an iPhone this is good until you decide to get something like a $200-$800 camcorder or a dslr.

I can stretch my budget a bit but I really don't wanna spend hundreds of pounds/dollars. A decent used Sony handycam would do but I dunno where one could be found or what model I should look for

I'd like to make high quality 720p youtube videos with a decent sound quality. I also need the camera to work well in low light conditions

well you not going to get "good" or even close to good low light quality for less than $800 and on camera audio is not good even if the camera cost $2,000

I would suggest getting a cheap camera with a cheap mic like a lavalier mic
here is a link to that:http://www.bestbuy.com/site/insignia-lavalier-microphone/5086535.p?skuId=5086535&extStoreId=&ref=212&loc=1&ksid=4d253442-9d67-45a6-91ca-9cd53ddd3704&ksprof_id=10&ksaffcode=pg129250&ksdevice=c&lsft=ref:212,loc:2

that is the best quality for the price.

if you can save a bit then a gopro would probably be a nice option. but again that is according to what you are doing with it.

I hope this helped if you have any more Questions about this or have any more different questions i would be glad to help the best I can!
