I need any laptop other than Asus and HP which can play Assassin's Creed Syndicate in high to ultra settings, with decent fps. Thanks in advance...

You will probably have to shoot for lower than high / ultra settings especially if you are thinking about playing at 1080p.

Generally speaking on high settings @ 1080p you need a laptop with at least a GTX 965m to get an average FPS over 30. With ultra settings you basically need at least a GTX 1060.

I am going to guess you mean 65,000 rupee not $65,000 USD. That basically works out to $955 USD. That is not enough money to buy a new laptop in the US with a GTX 965m. I am pretty sure laptops in India are priced a little higher than they are in the US due to import tax.

Based on a quick search, a laptop in India with a GTX 960m generally starts at about 80k to 85k INR. Therefore, you likely need to lower your expectations or increase...

What if I brought my expectations to medium/high? And yeah, I meant Rupees, not USD...
