Whats the best laptop to run sims 4 on? I have a budgest of 200, i know its not alot but i need my school work done also and teying to save

For 200 you will need to buy a used laptop, and will run SIMS 4 on low settings even then.

A system with an AMD A8 or Intel i5 4th gen or so should be able to run SIMS 4 and be available used in your budget.
