You are not going to find much of anything of use for less than that amount of money for a laptop.
Laptops are generally way more expensive than if you custom built a desktop.
For example a laptop that is equivalent to a desktop that would cost around $700-$800 will probably cost you around $1,100
So I would recommend either raising your budget or getting a desktop.

Unless you plan on running only like 5 year old games then go ahead and get this
