Looking for a laptop with these specs

3rd Gen Intel processor (i5 or i7), 8GB RAM, Hybrid 128GB SSD with 320 to 500GB HD, Touch Screen, Integrated WebCam, Good Battery life and robust. Business laptop that I lug around everywhere and would like it to last at least 3 years without a lot of service calls. Price around $1500.
Is there a website that allows me to search for something like this and tell me what my options are.

Is touch screen entirely necessary?

Looking at laptops, the current gen touchscreens have only dual core 2Ghz processors, and the touchscreen functionality jumps the price up $800 for similar specification laptops.
