Minecraft and CSGO are not very demanding games a laptop with a nVidia 940mx can easily handle those games and cost less than $600. Here is an example.

For something a bit more powerful, there is the Lenovo Ideapad 700 which has a quad core i5-6300HQ and nVidia GTX 950m for $675. Minecraft and CSGO do not take advantage of quad core CPUs, but at least it is there. The GTX 950m is around 20% - 25% more powerful than the 940mx on average.
