Looking for a netbook

So my laptop just died and I am looking to get a netbook. I don't need huge processing power or Memory. It will mainly be used for browsing, RDP etc.

The main requirement is that it can run linux, I want to be able to install linux on it myself. I also don't want to use one with an ARM processor.

I was wondering which netbooks are best for running linux?
Do any of the android netbooks have an intel/AMD CPU?

Android OS is not natively compatible with x86 CPU. But people are porting it to run on x86 CPU thou:

I am not sure how good it runs.

Better stick to ARM CPU.
