Hi everyone :)

I'm looking to buy a new laptop according to this spec. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Budget: £600 - £900
Used mainly for gaming.

17” + Monitor
4GB RAM
NVIDIA Graphics Card
512 or 1GB Graphics Memory
500GB + Hard Drive
Windows 7
Core 2 Duo or i7 Processor

Thanks in Advance

Yes but its impossible to find a laptop with a GTX 260M in that price range :) and mobility HD 4850 performs like the GTX 260M :)
That advent model has good good reviews, and has a nice price,as i said its based on MSI GT 725

Thanks for the reply's, i checked out the first one and it has a ATI radeon graphics card. Although i looked around on curry's and found some other good ones but still a bit unsure. The clevo ones do seem a bit out of my price range.

HP-DV8-1080ea Wish i could find this one a bit cheaper.

Packard Bell IPOWER GX-M-010 This has vista instead of windows 7.

Acer Aspire 7738G Is 2.5 hours battery life good enough?

Acer Aspire 8735G

Which NVIDIA graphics card would you recommend i go for laptop wise because i've been told that 512mb graphics ram ones can be better than 1gb ones due to cores and shaders? although when i go to the NVIDIA website they have a chart here that puts them in what looks like graphics ram order.

Also I wanted to ask whether getting one from the US would be a good idea since with shipping is sometimes cheaper?

Yes i saw the advent 7755 and its one of the top on my list right now, the only thing with that one is that its an ATI graphics card. Id preferably like to go with an NVIDIA Geforce which is present on the other ones i posted. There's the NVidia GeForce 9800 GTS or Nvidia GeForce GT 240M. Would you say that the 4850 out performs both of these? I saw some of the benchmarks and they do look really good.
