looking for a password to open acer laptop

hi there, i bought acer laptop and send to my sister in another country she couldnt get in , it askes a password, what would that be? i didnt opened it here,

Toms Hardware doesn't allow us to assist in bypassing passwords. However, if it is a windows password, I can say that it can be done. Good luck.
