Looking for a similiar laptop with smaller screen

Hi guys,
I'm looking to get a new laptop. I found this one that is right around my budget.

Core i5 4200M (2.5GHz). GT 820M. 750GB HDD. 8GB RAM

However, portability is important for me so I was wondering if there are other laptops out there with similar specs but with a smaller screen(14"?). Maybe I can save a few bucks as well.

Feel free also to recommend better deals of laptops of similar specs as well even if its got same size screen

$700 budget. I live in US. Heavy Photoshop. Moderate gaming.

You want a good processor for photoshop, so anything below 2Ghz is too weak. You need above 2.5Ghz.

Thanks turkey3_scratch. So that second one is out of the question. I do have a more powerful desktop I use at home, but work and school is demanding for a laptop. Im trying to spend the least amount possible.
