Looking for a VR headset combo that can be PC Smart phone and stand alone . Are there any and if so at a good price?

looking for a vr headset combo that works with pc android and stand alone that won't brake the bank on price

Kind of two different beats. VR for android uses your android screen to display and is really a headset with some buttons and some magnifying glasses. VR for a PC has two screens built in for each eye and is controlled by a PC.

Im new at this and was wanting to get into both types . Guess that means buying 2 . Thank you . Explain stand alone to me also please ?
