Looking for an affordable laptop

It propably is a common question, but what is the best affordable laptop that runs as much games as possible? And what are the accessories that one should buy along with it?

I could afford 600-700€ including what ever accessories i might need. As for games, i am really not a hardcore gamer but if i could play games such as COD or assassins it would be great
