Looking to get a 2014 hp pavilion with an cord i7 with 6gb and have an hd 4400 graphic card. Looking to play world of warcraft and do 5 man to 25 man instance, is this ok

if you play on low resolution on the lowest of the lowest settings, yes then it will do. but I' suggest getting something a bit more powerfull.
At least with a dedicated GPU.
