Looking for an SD card player

I don’t know if this is the right thread to post this, I couldn’t find any other sub which I could put this under, basically I have a bunch of SD cards full of music, I’m hoping to find something that I can put the SD card into and then run a AUX cable from the headphone jack into my car and play the music into my car...,

Only problem is I have been searching everywhere and the only players I have found are like Micro SD players, I have no clue where to look or get an actual SD card player to play the music from them, if anyone can help me out that would be great!

Some early tablets had full SD card slots. I have a Thrive tablet with regular SD card slot.

Im not exactly looking for something to install into my car, more of just a portable SD card player..

I didn't think you would install it, you could put it in the center console. BUT, what about this -- https/www.amazon.com/Buyee-Portable-Outputs-Auto-play-Loop-play/dp/B00JA8I0NW/ref=pd_sbs_504_3 There are others on Amazon. I just did a google search for "sd card music player" ...
