i was looking for a budget gaming laptop, I should buy msi ge72vr 7rf or dell inspiron 15 7567?

or may be there is another gaming laptop that good for $1000-$1600

Why not keep Asus ROG as an option?
I personally own an Asus ROG GL552JX(about a year old now) and its the best thing and a very satisfactory product with excellent build quality and immaculate perofrmance.
Well from your suggested above ones i'd recommend you the MSI one!!

you could have a clevo p650hp6 (15") or p670hp6 (17") for that budget
