Looking for custom laptop.

Hello everyone.

I am a part-time video editor who is starting to do more and more editing with several different Adobe programs. I have a PC I built for myself that has more than enough under the hood to handle everything I do, but as far as laptop not so much.

I know most editors SWEAR by Mac, and I like mac but just to pricey for me to get one speced out. Right now my laptop is a 2016 macbook pro that is a nice enough computer but just doesn’t have the power I need. Its your basic macbook pro, and if I have Adobe premiere pro open as well as maybe photoshop or lightroom the computer grinds to a halt.

Does anyone know of a good place online to get a pretty decent custom laptop for $1000- $1200?

The place I like for higher end laptops is www.xoticpc.com has a lot of add-on work they do if you want to modify things.
