Looking for display upgrade

Am having a dell inspiron 15r se the only thing am not satisfied is wit the display. Can I upgrade it's display from hd to full hd?

In almost all cases, major laptop components cannot be upgraded. You could contact Dell, but my money is on you being stuck with the display it came with.

Would you consider using an external monitor?
