Looking for feedback on tablet choices.

Thinking of getting a tablet and wanted some feedback on a couple that I'm looking at.

Zenithink C94 16GB Quad Core 1.2ghz Cortex A9 Android 4.1 10.2" Capacitive

10.1" Ainol Novo Hero II hero 2 QUAD CORE A9 1.5GHz Android 4.1

I have never heard of either of those companies. Usually that means that they are not quite as reliable... The best you could do for a 10 inch tablet would probably be a refurbished Samsung Galaxy tab 10.1. If you are willing to go for a 7 inch a nexus 7 is really nice, but $250 isn't going to cut it for a quality 10 inch tablet.

The problem with the Nexus 7 is I'm going to pay $100 more (I'm already going to have to scrimp the money up) and it does not even come with a microSD card slot to store more stuff.
