Looking for good cheap touchscreen laptop

I would like some suggestions on laptops. I'm looking for a windows 8 laptop with a touch screen about 13-15" around $600, preferably less. Do you have any suggestions on the best I could get and which ones you really like?

Its the same price with the same specs but has a lot better screen at 1920x1080 and also a backlit keyboard which is nice.
