Looking for good headphones below $15.

I have never used *good* quality headphones before. I have only used headphones that came with my phone, which is a Samsung Galaxy Trend Duos. Now I have come across these headphones while searching:-
Sennheiser HD 180
Philips SHP2700
Now their reviews are not at all good. But I want to know that considering my experience with headphones will I get better sound than my current headphones?

Sorry, but at $15, there are no "good" headphones. The magnets that are needed to produce good quality sound cost more than that alone.

"good" headphones cost much more than $15. for $15 what you will get are "budget" headphones. to get anything i'd even remotely call "good" you're talking closer to $50+ if talking full sized though things like the soundmagic e30 earbuds are good at around $30

Ok let them be 'budget' headphones but will they be at least better than those which came with my phone? I mean those headphones cost only $3. So if I pay $15 on the Sennheiser HD 180, will it be worth it?

It looks like the Sennheiser HD 180 is an India only product. As such, I have no access to it.

generally $15 headphones are better than $3 headphones so you should note some improvement at the least. they seem to get fair reviews so for the low price its worth a try.
