Looking for good speaker set...

Hi. I'm looking for speakers that I can join to pc, laptop, phone, tv and etc. Need something cheaper, but not too bad quality, for small home parties inside and outside, gaming, movies and etc. Thinking about 5.1 system, but you can also recommend other systems, and also something from used and new. Good option is remote control. Budget: up to ~100 $; up to ~200 $; I saw something like creative p5800 for 20$, but a bit scary to buy cause it can be damaged.

since you're looking for speakers to use on more then just your computer i would look at a bookshelf speaker setup like this one from edifier:
