Looking for good wifi pan and tilt cameras..

Looking for some good Wifi Pan/Tilt cameras where i could remotely monitor anything along with email alerts. Amazon.com and Cannykart.com have good brands from Bayit, Lockstate and many more. Can you suggest which one i should go ahead with. Also, I would like to know, do they have a monthly service fee to remotely view and monitor?
